Yes. We accept standard carving wax, injected wax, candle-wax, beeswax, etc. All pieces supplied directly from the customer are subject to their own risk of casting quality as here at DRP we can guarantee the quality of our own wax patterns but can not with customers own. However very rarely is there any issues, we also burn out plastics & certain acrylics including AirFix kits for model making etc. we also directly burn out natural items such as branches and twigs or acorns.

Yes you can pick up your work if you arrange to do so with a member of staff or you can have your items shipped to you on a fully insured service worldwide.

For new customers it is company policy that the first 3 transactions are paid before dispatch of goods, once a professional relationship is built you will be issued with an invoice account. We accept Bank Transfer, Cash & PayPal.
